The problem

- Finding a company document meant knowing exactly where each file lived.
- Coordinators had no consolidated view of the training delivered by each pedagogical advisor.

Document search bot
- Users ask for a document by keyword and the bot returns the link.
- Built in Python, using similarity-based matching rules.
Coordinators' dashboard
- Tracks every training session delivered by each pedagogical advisor.
- Power Automate flows gather training records from different sources and match them against the advisor database, with no manual checking.
