The problem
- In João Pessoa, property managers track rent, contracts and maintenance in spreadsheets and WhatsApp.
- Finding a trustworthy plumber or electrician depends on word of mouth.
The solution
An app with three profiles that connects both sides, plus a website with public service search, subscription management and no-login lookup links for tenants and owners.

Highlights
- Map with the official IBGE boundary, limited to João Pessoa and Bayeux, showing each provider's service radius.
- Address validation by postal code (CEP).
- Frame-by-frame opening animation.
- Usage-tier plans designed to follow Apple and Google store rules.
- Contact protection in chat: phone and email stay hidden until the provider accepts the request.
Results
